We are located in a quiet, professional complex just off 700 East in Millcreek. Our office is easily accessible whether you're coming from Salt Lake City, the east bench, or nearby suburbs.

Getting Here

• From 3900 South: Head east or west to 700 East and turn south. Look for the office plaza on your left just past Old Farm Road.

• From 4500 South: Head north on 700 East. The office plaza will be on your right, just before you reach 3900 South.

• From I-215 or I-15: Take the 3900 South exit and head east until you reach 700 East. Turn south and look for the office complex on your left-hand side.

Parking & Entry

• Free and convenient parking is available directly in front of the building.

• Office door faces the parking lot, on the most north end. “Deep Roots Psychotherapy”.

• The office is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
